About the speaker
The workshop will be led by Leonardo Piccinetti (REDINN) - an innovation expert with over 20 years of experience in managing research and innovation within EU projects. Leonardo is an EARMA trainer and a specialist in career development for research managers and administrators. Over the years, he has supported numerous European research institutions in project coordination, leadership, and professionalisation.
Programme
The Master Class consists of two thematic sessions:
EU Proposal Writing Techniques
Learn how to prepare competitive Horizon Europe proposals from selecting the right call and structuring your concept, to defining impact and managing the proposal process within consortia.
Research Management & Career Development
Explore the professionalisation of the research manager role in Europe, identify key competencies, and discover practical tools for leadership and project coordination.
The session will also introduce the Excellence-Impact-Implementation (EII) framework and guide participants through creating their own 3-month professional development roadmap.
