Prof. Danilo Corradini recently presented the PATHFOOD project to a distinguished delegation from Argentina, including representatives from the INTI (Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Industrial) and the INTA (Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria).
The meeting focused on exploring potential synergies with the SE4ALL initiative, particularly in the area of developing functional foods enriched with selenium in dairy products.
This exchange represents a promising step toward advancing nutritional innovation and strengthening global cooperation in the food and health sectors, in line with the objectives of the PATHFOOD project.
