Prof. Łukasz Drewniak, an expert in environmental microbiology and microbial biotechnology, took part in the visit. He serves as Vice-Dean for Financial Affairs at the Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw and is a co-founder of RDLS Sp. z o.o., the university’s first spin-off company.

The visit also included Dr Klaudia Dębiec-Andrzejewska, an expert in microbial metabolites, environmental microbiology, and plant–microbe interactions. Since 2023, she has been the co-founder and CEO of BHUMI Sp. z o.o., a University of Warsaw spin-off focused on regenerative agriculture solutions.

These short scientific visits support knowledge exchange and contribute to strengthening collaboration between research teams working toward sustainable functional food solutions within the PATHFOOD project.
