The PATHFOOD Science Hackathon has come to an end, bringing together participants for 36 hours of intensive, collaborative work focused on addressing real scientific and innovation-related challenges. The event provided a platform for interdisciplinary teamwork, creativity, and practical problem-solving within the scope of the PATHFOOD project.
The hackathon was supported by project partners, including the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, the CNR Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, and Redinn Srl, whose active engagement contributed significantly to the success of the initiative.
The event was organised by the Uniwersytet Warszawski in collaboration with the Centrum Nauk Biologiczno-Chemicznych Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, creating a space for international cooperation, knowledge exchange, and innovation. Participants worked in diverse teams to develop solutions addressing key challenges related to science communication, production processes, and the market potential of selenium-enriched foods.
The PATHFOOD Science Hackathon represents an important step in strengthening collaboration between research institutions and supporting innovative approaches aligned with the project’s objectives. Further activities and initiatives within the PATHFOOD project are planned in the coming months.
